1. Dongguan terminal wire electrical testing

The finished terminal wire that has been checked is sub-packaged according to the requirements of the sub-assembly process, that is, the terminal part of the terminal wire is inserted into the sheath to complete the sub-assembly process of the terminal wire.

4. Dongguan terminal wire assembly

The sub-packaged finished product is assembled according to the circuit direction on the terminal wire specification process drawing board, that is, bundled with tape or pull tape to complete the assembly process of the terminal wire.

5. Dongguan terminal wire packaging

Arrange the assembled terminal wires neatly and pack them according to the specifications of the terminal wires, such as: 500PCS/box, 50PCS/bar, 5 bars/bag, 2 bags/box, etc.; The box mouth is sealed and affixed with the terminal wire product label of the wire harness manufacturer.
